Event Pricing:

Classic Wedding Package ($300.00*) includes:

2 phone consultations

30 minute prelude of wedding favorites from my repertoire.  Repertoire can be sacred, secular, improvisational or a mixture of genres

Entrance music for the family, wedding party, and bride

Incidental music from my repertoire. (for unity candle, etc.)

Vocal solos performed by me, if desired. (additional fees apply to accompanying other soloist)

Recessional for the wedding party/family, and music as the guest exit

Travel within 1 hour radius of 30028 zip code per Mapquest

*The Classic Wedding Package does not include attendance to the rehearsal.


Custom Wedding Package

Custom Wedding Package can be designed by the client. Custom wedding packages includes the options for the classic wedding package while offering the opportunity to book Chad for any, all or a combination of the following additional options:

Wedding Rehearsal

Rehearsal Dinner


Bridal Luncheon

Pricing for the Custom Wedding Package will begin with the base price of $300.00 for the Classic Wedding Package and will include all of its options and then pricing is as follows for each additional option.

1 additional option:  $150.00 for the first hour and $75.00 each additional hour

2 additional options: $150.00 for the first hour and $75.00 each additional hour

3 additional options: $125.00 for the first hour and $75.00 each additional hour

4 additional options: $100.00 for the first hour and $75.00 each additional hour


Equipment Rental:

For outdoor venues, or indoor venues without a quality piano or suitable sound system (if needed), I can provide a Yamaha digital piano and a Mackie 808s mixer with two Force Elextro Voice Speakers.

$75.00 rental fee for the Yamaha P-200

$75.00 rental fee for Sound System (rental includes all necessary cables and 1 Sure SM85 Cordless Mic)

$50.00 fee for venue transfer


Live Piano Music (for Private/Corporate Events)

$150.00 for the first hour and $75.00 each additional hour


Travel Fee:

Events at venues further than an hour from my home (using Mapquest estimates from zip code 30028 to event venue) are $50.00 an hour for the extra travel, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.



50% non-refundable deposit reserves the date for your event, with the balance due before or at the beginning of your booked event



Bookings may be made up to 18 months in advance
